Theoretical studies on
topological quantum phenomena,
superconductivity, and superfluidity
Our group has been studying the theory of condensed matter physics. In quantum systems with a large number of electrons and atoms, exotic quantum phenomena, such as magnetism and superconductivity, occur owing to the non-intuitive properties of the quantum statistics. Our efforts are to explore the frontiers of quantum physics, to elucidate and predict new principles and functions of quantum many-body systems.
